No firm—large or small—employs more robust or mobile technology solutions than ours.  Because our practice is national, our attorneys employ all forms of mobile computing including powerful laptops that are encrypted and backed up wirelessly to a secure, off-site server located in the U.S. 

Similarly, our servers employ redundant technology, are backed up locally and remotely to off-site, secure servers. We work with only leading-edge litigation support and trial presentation software in our cases.  Using state-of-the-art laptop computers from court, client sites and other remote locations, our lawyers access all of the firm’s client files, data and other resources. It is in this way that we can reliably review case information twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week through our enterprise content management (ECM) software.We use this same ECM to provide selective access to files for our clients, expert witnesses and other counsel with whom we collaborate on cases. This allows us to provide pertinent information to all parties necessary right when they need it in the safest manner possible.
